| How does the service work? |
| If you would like to get a drive home with us, simply call (613) 248-0444 to book a drive. We will then send two drivers down to meet you. One of these drivers will drive you in your own car, and the second one will follow to pick up your driver when we arrive at the final destination. |

| Do I need to reserve in advance? |
| It is preferable to reserve in advance. However, you can call last minute and get a drive on a first come, first serve basis. |

| Do I need to sign up? |

| What are the hours of operation? |
| Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 11am to 2am, and Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 3 am. |

| Can I use the service more than once? |
| Yes, if you are signed up, you can use our service for free for the entire month of June. |

| Do I need to be a high school graduate to use the service? |
| Yes, On Call for the Grads is specifically targeted to students who will be graduating from high school in June. However, if you are a student but are not a graduating in June, you can sign up for a student membership with Responsible Choice. |

| Can I use the service even if I don’t have a car? |
| No, to use On Call for the Grads, you must have access to a car that we can drive for you. |

| Do you have limos also? |
| Yes, we do also have limos that you can book. To book a limo, give Responsible Choice a call at (613) 248-0444. |

| Can I ask for a drive from anywhere? |
| Yes, we can pick you and your car up from anywhere in the greater Ottawa area, including from the Quebec side. |

| How late can I call for a drive? |
| You can call for a drive at any time during our office hours. Reservations can also be made for a drive outside of our regular office hours. |
